This course examines theoretical concepts related to comprehensive health assessment of patients across the lifespan. Emphasis is on the collection, interpretation, and synthesis of relevant physical, psychosocial, and cultural information for the development of a comprehensive and holistic health assessment. Students will also learn to integrate pertinent findings into an informed anesthesia plan of care.
