MATH-332

This course is a continuation of MATH 215. It begins with a brief review of topics from the earlier course. The course then develops more deeply the theory of linear transformations on vector spaces and examines its applications. Topics include orthogonality, eigenvalues and eigenvectors, and diagonizable linear operators. The course culminates with how to find the best non-solution to an inconsistent linear system.
