Course Description

This course focuses on the expanding role of informatics in the delivery of healthcare. Students will explore the appropriate use of current and emerging technologies, along with considerations for their safe integration into practice. Emphasis will be placed on the use of technology and informatics in the acquisition, organization, analysis and interpretation of data that serve as a foundation for clinical decision making and improvements in patient care.
