Sociology Minor

Requirements for a Minor in Sociology include three required courses (9 credit hours) and three elective courses (9 credit hours) for a total of 18 credit hours as outlined below.

Required Minor Courses (9 cr): SOC 101, SOC 290, and SOC 301.
Minor Elective Requirement (9 cr): Students may select any three, 3-credit courses from other offerings in Sociology, Anthropology, or Geography.

Note: Sociology & Anthropology majors cannot also declare a minor in either Sociology or Anthropology.
